Cavallo Island can be found within Sardinia’s Lavezzi Archipelago, not far from the Bocche di Bonifacio and the southern coasts of Corsica.

Accommodation
For an extra special treat, check yourself into The Suite – a luxurious 120 m² two-bedroom residence decked out exclusively with designer furniture. Set atop a rugged, rocky inlet, the Suite presents guests with simply staggering views of the Mediterranean below. All amenities (wi-fi, air-conditioning and satellite TV) are in place to make your stay as memorable as possible, with the Jacuzzi bath ensuring that the relaxation continues long after you leave the spa.

Activities
Choose from strolling across hot, sandy beaches to taking to the waves on a fun-filled boat excursion or simply while away the hours on the side of the pool – a majestic blue lagoon which provides a much needed escape from the relentless sun. Sports fans too are well catered for, thanks to the hotel’s 18-hole golf course and its two open air tennis courts. It is, however, the spa which attracts the most guests to this Mediterranean gem. Home to a whole host of beauty treatments, the SPA des Pêcheurs is sure to delight. With treatments carried out only by highly qualified personnel, you’re in safe hands.

Best Time To Travel
As with many other popular destinations in the south of Europe, the best time to travel is the summer season, spread out from May all the way into October. Promising long days filled with sunshine, a stay during these six months all but guarantees the best of the weather.

How To Get There
European guests are advised to fly into either Corsica or Sardinia itself, arriving in one of the following airports: Ajaccio, Figari and Bastia, as well as the city of Olbia in Sardinia (Costa Smeralda).
