This coastal island is located within the charming rural surroundings of the Norwegian skerry coast, not far from the town of Molde. The island can be easily reached: simply by car to the tip of the mainland and then only 100 metres by boat.
For the last 100 years, cruise ships of the Hurtigruten have visited the city of Molde. The nearby airport at Arø is one of the largest regional airports in the country. Molde is located near "The Altantic Road", one of Norway's most visited tourist attractions.
