Location
Cousine Island is perfectly positioned within the azure waters of the Indian Ocean – just below the equator, some 1000 miles off the Eastern Coast of Africa. Yet despite its remote location, the island – one of the most untouched granitic islands of the Seychelles – remains easily accessible. The airports of Praslin and Mahé are less than 30 minutes away.

Accommodation

Influenced by Creole, Asian and European cuisine, sophisticated dishes are presented to satisfy each guest’s individual tastes. Fresh produce is sourced locally and guests are encouraged to enjoy their own catch of the day. Guests wishing to recreate their gastronomic experiences back home are also in luck – as well as the highly competent kitchen staff also offer guests the opportunity to take part in a Creole cooking course, including a personal hands-on lesson with the head chef himself.
