From XPF 30,000 + 6% VAT per beach bungalow/night (1 to 2 people).
From XPF 55,000 + 6% VAT per night for the entire island for 2 people.

Location

Bora Bora belongs to the Society Islands archipelago in French Polynesia and is situated approximately 280 km to the northwest of Tahiti. Its diameter is about 35 km. The lagoon is surrounded by a coral reef and a chain of little islands called motus in Tahitian. One of these motus, situated in the most beautiful part of the lagoon, is Mai Moana island.

Accomodation

There are three beach bungalows for one or two people each, so it will never be too crowded on Mai Moana Island. Or you can rent the whole island, if you wish to be completely undisturbed.

Dining

In the Panorama Restaurant, you will be served a tasty breakfast and a cold lunch at noon. In the evening you will dine at a beautifully set table and drink from crystal glasses. The French dishes and Polynesian specialities will delight you.

Activities

There are lots of things to do on Bora Bora: scuba diving, tours around the island in a pirogue during which you can feed sharks and meet rays, a helicopter flight above the lagoon, a short yacht cruise, a jeep excursion ...

Best time to travel

Located 17 degrees south of the equator, Bora Bora enjoys a year-round tropical climate. Temperatures range from about 25° C (77° F) to 28° C (82° F). The months from November to April are hotter and more humid, with occasional rain. From May to October, the weather is dry and the nights cooled down by the trade winds, which are strongest at this time of the year.

Getting there

Fly to Papeete (Tahiti) and from there to Bora Bora. It is only 5 minutes by boat to the airport and takes about the same time to reach Mai Moana.
