From EUR 3,850 per day (up to 16 guests in low season until mid of June and from mid of September) to EUR 6,600 per day during the peak season in August.

This is one of the most spectacular properties in Europe. This Ibiza Estate is a 5 ha secluded estate situated on a wide bluff overlooking a wonderful bay in Ibiza. The tropical garden is landscaped with hundreds of palm trees, 1,000 year old olive trees and three lakes. The garden was constructed over a 7 year period by the famous Spanish landscape architect Jaime Mitjans. The estate features a main house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) with two separate guesthouses (each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms), and two stunning pools. All homes offer a perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea which provides for spectacular sunrises and beautiful evenings spent under the moon. The complex includes one of the largest and most beautiful tropical gardens in the Mediterranen. The 40,000 square meter site (over 400,000 square feet) contains hundreds of palm trees and exotic plants, grouped around various lakes and waterfalls. The peaceful, shady garden is a perfect place to relax. Ibiza Estate also offers numerous sports facilities: the main house includes a large gym with the latest fitness equipment, a synthetic grass tennis court and two pools for swimming. The Olympic Pool, surrounded by palm trees, offers two 40 meter lanes and a nice poolside area. Nearby, next to a lake, children find a huge trampoline.

Accommodation:

Accommodation for 16 guests (extra beds possible). The Main House is located directly on the coastline and has an infinity pool on the edge of the bluff. From all 4 bedrooms you have a wonderful view over the bay and the sea. The main house has two floors. On the lower floor you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom with bath, TV room and the library. The upper floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom. A large gym with the latest fitness equipment is located in the basement, as is a separate bathroom. The master bedroom offers a breathtaking 270-degree panorama of the Mediterranean and the palm trees of the tropical garden. If needed, the library easily can be changed into a very spacious, comfortable bedroom.

The guesthouses: "La Buena Vista" - like the main house - is on the bluff directly overlooking the sea and offers a superb view of the Mediterranean and the bay. To the rear the view goes into the tropical garden with a large waterfall. The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room, connected with a nice kitchen.

About 300 meters (1,000 feet) from the coast you find "La Casita" alongside a huge cactus garden. From here you can survey the entire estate. A few steps take you to the Olympic Pool and the tennis court. The guesthouse has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a little kitchen and living room.

Dining:

A cook and staff are at your disposal. The cook is available from morning to night.

Activities:

If you dont want to just relax and sunbathe but do something for your fitness as well, then Ibiza Estate is the right place for you. The gym in the basement is over 100 square meters in size. Here you find numerous workout and strength equipment by the American company Cybex. For joggers there is a treadmill where you can set not only the speed, but also various gradients. Game, set and match: Ibiza Estate offers a superb synthetic grass tennis court where you can even play in the evenings. The place is surrounded by orange trees and palms. PAR 3 golf course: here you can not only practice putting, but also try out drives of up to 100 meters

Best time to travel:

May to October is the best period for a seaside holiday with water temperatures between 22°C and 25°C. The daily temperatures vary between 22°C and 29°C
