Children's Bay Cay is the perfect private island retreat, easily accessed by jet to Exuma International Airport and for years has been a favored destination for the rich and famous. The island is serviced by a deepwater boat dock on the western, sheltered side and another next to the cottage on the point. A large seaplane/helipad ramp can receive the 1943 Grumman Goose or helicopter.
Amenities include three boats: (details upon request). A plant powers all buildings and the marina housing three generators. An 8000 gal/day Reverse Osmosis system produces all the fresh water required.
Children's Bay Cay offers superb fishing, diving, bird-watching and sailing. Visitors can enjoy many boating competitions like the Family Island Regatta, the New Year's Day Cruising Regatta, and the renowned National Out Island Regatta. Another popular attraction is the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park, home to a number of rare and exotic birds, reptiles, fish and flora.
