The distance from the mainland harbor to the island is about 5 minutes by boat. The lovely city of Tvedestrand is reachable within 15 minutes by car from the mainland harbor, and the harbor is a mere 80 minute drive from Kristiansand International Airport.
There is a right to park one car and a berth for one boat on the mainland.
