Rustic 2 bedroom cabin with full bath, serviced with electricity and an up-to-date septic system (25 years +/-). Those chilly evenings, no problem – fire up the woodstove. Sheltered, naturally protected harbour/dock area. Surrounded by crown land, the privacy is excellent and in a low boat traffic area also. Located 8+/- miles from marinas at Birch Island. Oh yes, the island is covered in wild blue berries!!, and the McGregor Bay fishing won't disappoint. This area is a Summer and Winter playground (note: this cabin is not winterized).
