Welcome to Norway Island, a true pearl of private islands, situated in the heart of yachting paradise that are the Southern Gulf Islands. Spanning 30 acres, situated between Gabriola Island and Thetis Island, Norway Island is perfectly protected from adverse weather. Amenities include submarine power line serviced by BC Hydro, a legal 60 foot dock protected by additional breakwater, five drilled wells, three existing dwellings in need of a new vision, outdoor pool and tennis court/helipad.

The surrounding water is home to an abundance of marine wildlife including orca, sea lion, salmon, a variety of shellfish and crab! Norway Island has a diverse ecosystem; West coast Douglas Fir, Arbutus and Cedar are abundant and often used as a perch for bald eagles spying their next meal. Accessible by boat, private float plane, or helicopter, this unique island is the ultimate private retreat!
