Two Beautiful Islands with Huge Potential in the Pearl Islands

Isla Vivienda and Isla Malaga are two untouched private islands located in the Pearl Islands. The properties are situated in the ultimately unique location in the middle of the entire archipelago about 7.5 nautical miles south of Contadora. Less than 200 m (220 yards) apart they are protected on all sides and between the two islands is the only natural, tranquil mooring in the archipelago. Although there are no other islands so idyllically located and there are hardly any other private islands in the archipelago, many uninhabited small islands can be visited.

Additionally, less than 2 nautical miles away on the nearest island to the east of the Twin Pearl Islands, work is nearly completed on the development of an international golf course, an international airport, a large deep-water marina and a Private Island Beach Club. Isla Vivienda and Isla Malaga feature three and two pristine beaches respectively and are about 45 minutes by helicopter or boat from Panama City.
