Two Private Islands including Shorefront Mainland Base

Lower Birch islands are a world away from the hustle and bustle of modern life, located at the mouth of Pleasant Bay facing open ocean with two islands and a mainland base. The 23.6 acre larger island has an 1,800 sq. ft. house with 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths. One bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen bed, and the third has twin beds. There is a queen sleep sofa in the living room. The house was totally refurnished in the fall of 2013 and includes a new refrigerator and gas stove, woodstove, and a new LP gas heater if needed. Electricity is provided by off grid solar power, which has a backup gas generator. Water is provided by a drilled well. The smaller 4 acre island is accessible by a land bridge at low tide, you can explore there for about 4 hours on the tide change. There is also a 3 acre shorefront mainland base off Driscoll Road in Harrington where you moor your boat and take off to the dock on the island. Boat and John Deere Gator Atv also included.
