Stunning private island with natural Harbors in Abaco

Cave Cay is a unique private island in North Abaco. This distinctively shaped Cay is approximately 220 acres in size and boasts rolling hills, white sand beaches, lagoons and protected harbors, perfect for development as an eco-resort, boutique hotel, or private estate. Cave Cay was home to a small population of inhabitants in the early 1930′s and there are a few old ruins on the island.

Running along the eastern side of the cay is the only deep-water passage on the Little Bahama Bank between Grand Bahama and Abaco. Cave Cay is one of a string of cays that runs between the eastern end of Grand Bahama and the western end of Little Abaco, with the settlement of Crown Haven just 20 minutes away by small boat. The crystal clear waters surrounding the Cay are filled with iridescent shades of turquoise and aquamarine, all caressed by cooling tropical breezes. This unspoiled private island awaits you!
