This beautiful island is situated in Angra dos Reis Bay in the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The property is in very good condition and extremely well maintained. It has a fortress-like appearance due to the twelve cannons and six watchtowers spread around the island. Houses are built in the Portuguese Colonial style. There are no permanent residents on the island besides the caretakers. The island is used only as a holiday estate by the proprietors and their friends. One possible use for the island is as a little resort.

Main House
Total area is 319 sqm with air conditioning. There are four fully furnished bedrooms with baths and walk-in closets. The living room is quite large and opens to a spacious balcony wrapping around the house and facing the sea. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with benches, lamp posts, statues, etc.

Honeymoon House
Total area, completely furnished and decorated, is 80 sqm with a huge terrace and an equally spacious suite.

Belvedere House
Constructed area is 220 sqm, 3 stories, furnished and decorated, with a big party room, a kitchen and four bedroom suites. There is a breathtaking view from the balcony.

Caretakers' House
Total area is 82 sqm, with living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.

Belvedere Isle
Situated on the island's 2nd platform, the Belvedere can be reached by stairs or by tram. Walkway surrounds the entire Belvedere. Garden
A large garden with six watchtowers equipped with lights and telephones; one big cannon and eleven smaller ones (decoration).

Marina
Area for many boats (at least 3 large boats), jet-skis and dock master office.

Tram
138 meters long. New cables, recently serviced and renovated.

Infrastructure
All water and power supply and telephone lines come from the mainland through underwater cables. Green pipes contain filtered water. There is a spring, service elevator, water reservoir, transformer, lightning conductor, and a designated area intended for the construction of a heliport.
