The Blue Hill Bay Lighthouse is known by yacht enthusiast as “The Blue Hill Light Station” and stands watch at the head of Blue Hill Bay, off Eggemoggin Reach and the Atlantic Ocean. For over 160 years this beacon has lighted the way for working boats and yachts alike.

A long sandy beach and well-cared-for-grounds with custom stone wall accents, boat house and a fuel storage house complete this island retreat. When the tide goes out, the island has a couple of acres of sandbars.
