Best Time to Travel
When the weather cools down back home, things start heating up in the Bahamas. The peak of the Caribbean high season coincides with Christmas, bringing with it a flurry of festive events. The best of the Bahamian weather and busy activities continues well into April and May, giving you plenty of time to explore white beaches and bask under blue skies and brilliant sunshine. Summer brings more heat, but very calm seas and warm water make for a popular time to visit as well.

How To Get There
Marsh Harbour International is easy to reach via a commercial or charter flight from many of the region’s nearby islands. With regular services from Florida’s major airports (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando) and from the Bahaman capital of Nassau, guests should have no problems reaching their destination. From the Abacos mainland on Marsh Harbor, guests are invited to travel to their private island destination via boat. Choose between taking the ferry service to Hopetown or hire your own vessel here for the duration of your stay. Other rentals are available once you reach Hopetown.

However you choose to travel, your friendly island caretaker will be on hand to greet you upon arrival in Hopetown to get you checked-in and will assist you at check-out. Although he does not live on the island, he is in nearby Hopetown, close at hand and he will also help accommodate your requests and make your dream trip a reality.
