Rates
The island is reserved for one party at a time. The rate for 1-12 guests is $50,000 per night with a five night minimum stay. Additional guests, up to a maximum of 24 are $1,500 per person, per night. The total rate for 24 guests is $68,000 per night.

Location
Located in the Exuma Chain in the southern Bahamas, 85 miles southeast of Nassau.

Accommodation
Elegant accommodation for 24 is available only to you and your guests, thus ensuring a totally private island experience. Guests may choose to stay in their own private, 10,000 sq. ft. manor house on the crest of a hill, or a beach house with thatch roof far from sight and sound of another human being. Or they may select one of two guest villas with two bedrooms, private outdoor jacuzzis and beaches, or a five-bedroom beachside villa. All of this is supported by exceptional amenities, air-conditioned throughout, and a professional, courteous and discreet staff to accommodate your every need. All guest villas offer air-conditioning, satellite television and international phone service.

Dining
While enjoying your own private island stay, you will be pampered by a trained staff of 30, including fine cuisine prepared by a world-class chef in The Landings’ professional and kitchen. You will enjoy waterfront dining and spectacular sunsets in the elegant central dining room or in a variety of exceptional dining venues around the island.

Activities
Included is a fleet of pleasure craft, from wave runners, ski boats and sailboats.

Best time to travel
The Bahamas is a year-round destination. Incessant trade breezes ensure pleasant temperatures. The best time to visit is from November to June. In summer, the rainy season extends from June to November, temperatures go up to 32° C, and hurricanes are possible but unlikely.

Getting there
It is a 40-minute flight from Miami or a three-hour flight from New York or Chicago by commercial or private jet to Georgetown, Great Exuma, which is a 15-minute charter flight to Musha's 2,200-foot private runway.
