Best Time to Travel
The British Virgin Islands are renowned for their all but endless summers. Boasting average daytime temperatures of between 77-85°F, it is no wonder that this corner of the world is so popular with island travelers. A gentle wind blows continuously, providing some much needed refreshment and causing the temperatures to drop approximately 10 degrees in the evening. One of the most popular times to visit Baraka Point is between February and April.
How to get there
Guests are kindly recommended to fly directly to Virgin Gorda airport. This is possible with transfers from San Juan airport in Puerto Rico. Choose either to transfer with a commercial company such as Air Sunshine, or enjoy a luxurious private charter flight. Island Birds and Fly BVI come highly recommended due to their discrete service. If you choose to make alternate flight arrangements, please inform us directly, so that staff can organize a charter boat to collect you and your belongings from the airport. Alternatively, Dohm’s Water Taxi is another option for guests traveling via St. Thomas (USVI). Upon arrival in Baraka Point, the competent and professional staff will meet you and escort you to your accommodation for a delicious cocktail reception.
