The Presidential Villa (four adults + two children) is available from EUR 5,200 per night, whereas the four Luxury Villas (two adults + one child) start from EUR 2,800 per night.

Cousine Island is also available to enjoy on an exclusive island buy-out basis. Starting from EUR 16,000 per night, groups comprising up to 12 guests can call every inch of this perfect, 62 acre private island their own.

Location
Cousine Island is perfectly positioned within the azure waters of the Indian Ocean – just below the equator, some 1000 miles off the Eastern Coast of Africa. Yet despite its remote location, the island – one of the most untouched granitic islands of the Seychelles – remains easily accessible. The airports of Praslin and Mahé are less than 30 minutes away.

Accommodation
In order to guarantee the highest possible levels of privacy, Cousine Island is home to just four elegantly designed Luxury Villas and one stately Presidential Villa. Situated just 30 metres away from the island’s sugar-white beaches and surrounded by lush vegetation, each of the villas boasts breath-taking views of the Indian Ocean. With their French Colonial style, the Luxury Villas simply ooze romance – and with space just for two, they’re the perfect option for an exclusive couple’s break. Each villa has been uniquely furnished with individually hand-crafted furniture as well as the latest technology to ensure comfort of the highest level. Boasting private infinity pools, spacious en-suite bathrooms with twin-showers, and even a Jacuzzi bathtub, they’re the perfect place to relax and indulge. The Presidential Villa boasts all that and more. With its capacity of four adults and two children, the 625 sq. m. decadent home is ideal for families. Lavishly designed and furnished, it offers maximum privacy, including 2 master bedrooms with grandiose en-suite bathrooms, a private outside bar area, private gym, spa, study area as well as onsite accommodation for a private au pair, chamber lady and butler.

Dining
Influenced by Creole, Asian and European cuisine, sophisticated dishes are presented to satisfy each guest’s individual tastes. Fresh produce is sourced locally and guests are encouraged to enjoy their own catch of the day. Guests wishing to recreate their gastronomic experiences back home are also in luck – as well as the highly competent kitchen staff also offer guests the opportunity to take part in a Creole cooking course, including a personal hands-on lesson with the head chef himself.

Activities & daytrips
Cousine Island invites guests to explore a world of water-sporting activities, taking in everything from paddle boarding to kayaking. With a myriad of marine life on your doorstep, it also goes without saying that snorkelling and diving also come highly recommended. Fishing excursions can also be arranged, as can island hopping trips – an ideal opportunity to discover more about the Seychelles’ incredible history and natural beauty. Over on dry land, guests have the option of indulging in a choice of indulgent spa treatments. The Spa on Cousine Island is the ideal place to relax your body, soul and mind. For further relaxation, we recommend taking part on one of the island’s legendary nature walks. Accompanied by members of Cousine’s conservation team, you will enjoy an unforgettable journey throughout the island, learning all about its flora, fauna and various conservation programs.

Best time to travel
The islands of the Seychelles are famed for their favourable climate. The country benefits from a warm and tropical climate, with temperatures which typically lie between 25° to 35° C all year round. Whilst there’s never a bad time to travel to Cousine Island, water sports enthusiasts should make a note of the following dates: windsurfing and sailing are best at the start and end of the trade winds, usually around May and October, whereas diving is best in March through May and September through November. The rainy season occurs between November and February.

Getting there
International guests are advised to fly into either Mahé or Praslin Airport, from where they will either be whisked away to their final destination via either helicopter or boat – the perfect way to get to know your new surroundings.
