Best Time To Travel
Tanzania is a tropical paradise which annually offers sun seekers a heavenly 300 days of sunshine. The hot season stretches from November to March, with scorching temperatures soaring as high at 30° C. Whilst the monsoon winds do provide a cooler breeze, this season is still too hot to handle for some guests, many of whom prefer to travel between June and October – the so-called cooler season. Don’t worry though – even during this cooler season, the temperatures rarely dip below the 25°C.
How To Get There
After flying into Zanzibar International Airport, guests will be greeted by a member of the Mnemba Island team before enjoying a luxurious chauffeured transfer across the lush landscapes of Tanzania. Whilst the majority of the transfer involved good, paved roads, guests are advised to buckle their seatbelts and prepare for a bumpy ride for the last 5 km, which involves some rather rugged terrain. A twenty minute boat voyage completes the journey, and sees guests wade their way to paradise.
