• Victor Island is a 7.75 acre jewel in the Coral Sea and is situated at the lower end of the Whitsundays 50nm south of Hamilton Island and is part of The Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. The closest towns are Mackay to the north and Sarina to the south.

• Mackay hosts one of the largest regional airports in Queensland and is serviced by all major airlines.

• As the Island is less than a kilometre from the mainland it is accessible by both boat and helicopter. From the airport it is only a 6 – 8 minute flight by helicopter and 15 minutes by boat from several boat ramps.

• The Island comes with a fully renovated and refurbished 4 bedroom 2 bathroom beach cottage that has sizeable entertaining decks both front and rear as well as a breezeway that benefits from the ocean breezes.

• A great place to get away from it all and enjoy the peace, privacy and seclusion the island has to offer without leaving behind the mod cons such as NBN, 4G Wifi, Foxtel, stan, Netflix.

• The island also has CCTV for security and stored monitoring

• A separate fully renovated and equipped caretakers studio with own bathroom is separate from the main house.

• As the Island generates its own power via solar panels aided by an automatic backup generator and also harvests substantial rainwater with 9 x 23,000 tanks plus a dam, Victor Island offers a self-sufficient, eco friendly lifestyle

• Victor Island also currently holds a Bed and Breakfast Licence for those who may wish to supplement their income.

• Fishing and snorkelling around the islands reef is a must with red emperor and barramundi depending on the season as well as oysters at low tide… more than good enough to obtain an evening meal

• Whales, dolphins and turtles are often sighted just off the beaches

• Abundant birdlife.

• Walking tracks through the centre and around the island
