The island is naturally landscaped, has a lovely sandy beach, garden and forest. About 1 acre of the island is cleared and 1.5  acres are forest with huge white pine, maple, hemlock and cedar trees. Beautiful huge boulders are left by the glaciers. Great for a walk in the forest where one can find a sunny quiet spot at any time of the day.

The log cabin measures 523 square feet and has an open concept layout with hardwood oak floors, BC fir beams and a fire place. The kitchen has updated appliances (dishwasher, stove and fridge); a 2" solid maple butcher block counter divides the living room.

From the living room and wrap-around cedar deck one has a  fantastic view over the lake, the island and the mountains.
There is a full bathroom, a bedroom and a bunk (above the bedroom).

There is a separate cedar log sauna with two built-in berths. Attached to the sauna is a generator house with a Yamaha Generator.
The power and telephone is supplied by underwater cable. Also has satellite dish and internet. Water is supplied from the lake by a submerged pump. The hot and cold tanks are in the crawl space. The heating is electric with baseboard heaters. The island has a septic tank and septic fields.

A 30-ft float wharf connected to a stone patio, and a 16-foot fibreglass fishing boat with a 15-hp motor is included

The lakefront lot with its 125 ft lake frontage is a perfect location for a future year round home with a beautiful view over the lake and islands. A driveway leads down to the lake, where there is space for parking. The lakefront lot is developed with a wharf for the boat and there are stone steps leading down to the beach.
