The main house features a fireplace, library, fully equipped kitchen, and multiple patios. The guest house offers a charming layout with a wraparound porch and scenic views. A separate office/utility building includes a loft, full bathroom, and a lookout tower with stunning 360° views of the Tongue of the Ocean and surrounding cays. The owner has approved plans for bungalows around the island, which will enhance the island as a world-class island rental destination.

A protected boat basin on the northeast side accommodates vessels up to 35 feet, with an adjacent gazebo offering spectacular breezes and views. The island's unique sand spit at low tide is perfect for bone fishing, while nearby blue holes and offshore reefs provide world-class snorkeling and diving.
