Building rights
A holiday home, a guest house with a floor area of no more than 25 m², and a sauna building with a floor area of no more than 25 m² may be built on the building plot. The total floor area of the aforementioned buildings on the building plot may not exceed 5% of the plot’s area, subject to a maximum of 200 m². In addition, outbuildings for holiday purposes may be erected, provided that their floor area does not exceed 1% of the plot’s area, subject to a maximum of 80 m².

The property for sale comprises 3.8 acres in the north of the island of Marören. The entire island has an area of approx. 9.9 acres, with the southern part of the island designated as a no-build zone.
