Buskörn

Sweden | Europe: Atlantic

Buskörn appears in the history books as early as the beginning of the 19th century and has since been a place where people lived permanently and farmed the land. Since the middle of the 20th century, the current owners have owned the island as a holiday home and created a wonderful summer paradise.

With just over 5,000 square meters, the island is reasonably large and there are several buildings here. There are two main houses, one of which is the original house on the island, which have been modernized somewhat. The second main house was built at the end of the 20th century. There are several outbuildings for these main houses, including two guest houses, a gazebo, a carpentry workshop / storage building and a sauna. The houses are of a simpler standard, but are well maintained and very nicely furnished with social areas and many beds. The beautiful gazebo is a wonderful place for late summer evenings and wonderful lobster slices.

The nature and surroundings are fantastic with everything an archipelago island has to offer. Here you can swim from the sun-drenched cliffs, play on the blooming summer meadow filled with many flowers, taken directly from an Evert Taube show.

All in all, this is nothing but a true archipelago dream with proximity to both city and archipelago. A gem to develop and enjoy for many years to come!
