Location
St. Elmo enjoys an enviable location in the St. Lawrence Seaway, just over the water from the charming town of Alexandria Bay in Upstate New York and only minutes away from the Canadian border. The international airports Syracuse and Ottawa are within easy reach of the island, making it the perfect escape for international and domestic travelers alike.

Rates
In season (June 15th thru September 7th), St. Elmo Island is available for USD 995 per night, based on a minimum stay of four nights.

Off Season Rates:
May 8th thru June 14th: USD 575 daily and
September 8th thru October 31st USD 575 daily

Please note: a refundable damage deposit of USD 1,000 is also applicable.

Accommodation
This beautiful private island features a charming main house that can accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms). The separate bunk house has 3 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to no less than 10 people. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your private island vacation in the 1000 Islands a memorable one, St. Elmo is just perfect for entertaining. Whether sat around the oversized dining table, unwinding in the living room or outside on the island’s spacious terrace, St. Elmo Island has all the right ingredients to guarantee your family get-together or celebration is a success.

Dining
Cook up a storm in the island’s homely kitchen! Boasting an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and stove, you’re free to let unleash inner chef. All you need to do is stock up on groceries from the nearby shops of Alexandria Bay.

No trip to the 1000 Islands is complete without exploring the region by boat. Take a cruise down the St. Lawrence Seaway and soak in the sights of Boldt Castle and Millionaire’s Row before enjoying a fascinating guided tour of the sensational Singer Castle. If all that sight-seeing has got your head spinning, why not unwind over a round of golf at the nearby Alexandria Bay Municipal Golf Course or simply soak up the sunshine from the comfort of your island escape.
