An automatic generator provides electricity, whereas heating is supplied by either wood or kerosene. Propane gas supplies energy for the refrigerator and stove and a septic tank is also available. There is no fixed telephone line on the island, but the cell service is of a good quality. You will also find a beautifully furnished and well-equipped guesthouse. Furthermore, there is a log cabin, also fully equipped. There are a total of 9 other buildings on the property including barns, tool sheds, dog kennels and garages.

Included in the sale is a mainland lot and a boathouse.
