An Island of Your Own Outside Saltsjöbaden in Stockholm

Are you dreaming of your own island? Here you can enjoy the tranquility while looking out towards Saltsjöbaden and the Grand Hotel. It is not just one, but several islands that together form the Ingarö Forsvik cliffs. The property includes 56,250 sq m of water. A wonderful island with a fantastic location in the most beautiful archipelago with mile-long views of sparkling seas. You are also close to the nature and greenery of the mainland on Tjällmora, Älgö and other beautiful islands in the vicinity.

There are two buildings on the island – a house of approx. 40 sq m and a guest cabin of approx. 9 sq m for those who like to invite guests over during the summer months. There is also a smaller tool shed. The main building has an airy layout consisting of a kitchen with dining area, living room, two smaller bedrooms and a bathroom. From the living room you can reach the pleasant cottage terrace, which is located in a high position that gives a maximum view of the sea.

The guest cabin (1988) is located a little further down from the house, which holds optional furniture and also has a small patio where a café table and chairs can be accommodated. Here you can settle down as a guest, enjoy the tranquility and listen to the waves and the singing of various birds.
In addition, the property features a boat jetty and a bathing jetty. On the island there is space to explore and plenty of room for activities. You will also find swimming-friendly rocks.

Bath Island
The small island that is right next to this island is called "Badön" (Bath Island) by the sellers. This is also included.

Bird Island
The other small island behind the island is called "Fågelön" (Bird Island – protected) by the sellers. It is prohibited to go ashore during the nesting period.
