Die Geschichte von VLADI PRIVATE ISLANDS kann dank Farhad Vladis Leidenschaft für Privatinseln erzählt werden. Inzwischen blicken wir auf mehr als fünf Jahrzehnte Erfahrung auf dem Inselmarkt zurück. Seit der Firmengründung 1971 hat sich ein breites Spektrum an unterschiedlichsten Aktivitäten rund um das Thema Privatinseln entwickelt. Neben dem Verkauf von Inseln steht VLADI PRIVATE ISLANDS auch für Immobilienverwaltung und -bewertung, Gutachten und Einschätzung des Marktes sowie für die Vermietung von Inseln – niemand kennt sich mit Inseln so gut aus wie wir.
Nicht nur das Aufgabengebiet, auch das Team von VLADI PRIVATE ISLANDS hat sich im Laufe der Zeit weiterentwickelt. Zu Beginn lediglich von seinem guten Freund René Böhm begleitet, arbeitet Farhad Vladi inzwischen mit 50 Mitarbeitern an drei internationalen Bürostandorten in Hamburg / Deutschland, Halifax, Nova Scotia / Kanada und Wellington / Neuseeland zusammen.
Das Geheimnis des Erfolgs
Die Grundsteine unserer Erfolgsgeschichte sind unser Status als lizensiertes Maklerunternehmen sowie die Mitgliedschaft bei FIABCI (The International Real Estate Federation). Hinzu kommt unser Engagement, stets in engem Kontakt mit den Kunden zu stehen. In mehr als 50 Jahren Firmengeschichte hat Farhad Vladi ein Kundennetzwerk aufgebaut, das sich von Kanada bis Neuseeland erstreckt. Viele Kunden vertrauten mehr als einmal Farhad Vladis Vermittlung von Privatinseln oder wurden sogar zu Freunden. Wir blicken mit schönen Erinnerungen auf alle vergangenen Transaktionen herausragender Inseln zurück.
Ein weiterer Aspekt unseres Erfolgs ist natürlich unsere bemerkenswerte Erfahrung. In mehr als 50 Jahren auf dem Inselmarkt haben wir unglaublich viel gelernt. Der Besitz einer Insel hat einen gewissen Glamourfaktor. So zählt Farhad Vladi auch viele Berühmtheiten zu seinen Kunden, an die er sein Wissen über die Inselwelt weitergibt. Inzwischen haben viele prominente Geschäftsleute und weltbekannte Leinwandstars bei VLADI PRIVATE ISLANDS in eigene Privatinseln investiert. Es mag überraschend klingen, dass lediglich zehn bis 20 Prozent aller Transaktionen über unsere Website und Werbekampagnen gelaufen sind. Tatsächlich sind Mundpropaganda und Empfehlungen zufriedener Käufer unser stärkstes Instrument beim Inselverkauf. Deshalb pflegen wir unsere Kundenbeziehungen auch ganz besonders intensiv.
Vor einiger Zeit konnte Farhad Vladi eine neue wichtige Gruppe als Kunden gewinnen: Immer mehr öffentliche Stiftungen und Naturschutzorganisationen wenden sich an uns, um sich Hilfe beim Kauf von unerschlossenen Inseln zu holen. Mit dem Blick auf die Wünsche von Inseleigentümern spielt VLADI PRIVATE ISLANDS als Makler und Berater eine aktive Rolle bei der Rückführung von Privatinseln in den öffentlichen Besitz. Hieraus hat sich ein Trend entwickelt, der in den kommenden Jahren sicher weiter anwächst und den Verkauf von weiteren markanten Inseln einschließt. Dies geschieht stets mit Rücksicht auf die Natur.
Was kommt als nächstes?
Auch der Trend, auf Privatinseln Urlaub zu machen, hat in den letzten Jahren zugenommen. Daher hat auch die Vermietung von Inseln für uns immer mehr an Bedeutung gewonnen. Wir beschäftigen inzwischen sechs Mitarbeiter, die ausschließlich für VLADI ISLAND TRAVEL arbeiten. Bereits 44.000 Buchungen für Inselurlaube haben unsere Reiseexperten bearbeitet.
