L'Anse Fourmi Estate – over 300 acres of Paradise boasting 3 miles of beautiful coastline and sandy beaches

Magnificently located on the sheltered Caribbean Sea on the accessible yet remote, undiscovered Island of Tobago, the L'Anse Fourmi Estate is a Caribbean Gem of lush tropical forested hillsides gently sloping down to perfect sandy beaches surrounded by a charismatic turquoise sea.

The Estate is situated adjacent to one of the oldest protected national parks in the world (older than Yellowstone) filled with a great variety of exotic birds and wildlife, and it is also close to Tobago's famous popular dive sites and undiscovered pristine coral reefs and ancient shipwrecks.
This property is the only beachside Estate on this coastline between Bloody Bay and Man O'War Bay. It has over three miles of scenic coastline, numerous pretty coves, dramatic cliffs and bluffs, and 3 sandy beaches.

The beaches are surrounded by protective reefs, the largest beach protected by a 500-foot-long forested headland, and the smaller beach protected by a natural rock & coral reef with wonderful snorkeling, all are perfectly safe for swimming and water sports.

The whole coastline of this property has excellent and interesting views of the nearby Brothers Rocks and offshore Sisters Islands to the west with the added feature of unobstructed views of the setting sun.

Outline Planning Permission has been obtained for Change of Use of the L'Anse Fourmi Estate from Agricultural use to that of a Tourist Resort and Villa Development.

The Estate has been surveyed and divided into 6 large Plots. There is extensive flat land for building behind the beaches on Plot A as well as plenty of suitable building sites available on the elevated land, coastline and varying slopes of all the Land Plots.

The Estate is approximately 25 miles from the airport and the journey takes approximately 1.5 hrs by car.
