Best Time To Travel
The Andros Islands – and indeed Kamalame Cay – are blessed with temperate conditions all year round, with temperatures peaking around 31 degrees during the summer months and dropping to the low twenties during the windy winter months. Whilst the summer months are characterized by long days, comfortable nights and refreshing afternoon showers, the winter brings with it a northerly wind which can make for choppy sailing conditions.

How To Get There
Despite its close proximity from the likes of New York, Toronto and Miami, Kamalame Cay is positively worlds away from everyday life. International guests are advised to fly into either Florida’s Fort Lauderdale airport or the Bahaman capital of Nassau, from where it is possible to book either a scheduled or charter flight for the short journey over to Andros Town. Located only a stone’s throw from Andros Town, connections to Kamalame are made using either the island’s own private ferry or seaplane, ensuring the all the exclusivity you crave.
