Located in North-eastern Palawan in Sulu Sea, Banwa Private Island's six hectares of lush, verdant landscaping and pristine white sand beaches provide a perfect environment for nature to thrive. Our island provides sanctuary for an incredibly rich and diverse number of flora and fauna species.

Accommodation
Banwa Private Island’s villas have been designed to immerse you in the natural beauty of the island. Floor to ceiling windows bring the outside in, whilst the pool salas, beach and garden terraces create pure luxury of space. With privacy and tranquility embedded as the guiding principles for their locations, each of the six villas are set amidst lush, verdant landscaping to either side, whilst the infinity pools appear to melt into the uninterrupted ocean views.

Dining
Banwa Private Island offers an elegant al fresco dining experience in a smart-casual, contemporary ambience. Our cuisine can be described as ‘World Cuisine with a Local Flair’ and takes a particular inspiration from the Mediterranean region.

Chef’s creations are served with elements of Filipino classics and traditional local cooking methods, passed down through generations. Our menus change daily, and comprise the finest of imported and local produce. Dining is unscripted and often determined by availability of the very freshest produce possible from our own organic farm, local markets and daily catch by local fishermen. We focus on a healthy and balanced cuisine, and create bespoke Vegetarian, Vegan and Ketogenic dishes with a twist.

The island offers at a surcharge, in-villa BBQ with a private Chef, and bespoke, elegant ‘Destination Dining’ experiences in various unique locations around the island.
