Anassa in Cyprus offers five-star luxury and complete privacy

Anassa overlooks one of the finest beaches in Cyprus, facing the Akamas peninsula and the famous Baths of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love. True to its name, which means "Queen" in classical Greek, Anassa is majestic.

(depending on season and booked room or suite):
from CYP 100 to 1,150 per person, per day including breakfast.

The Anassa Hotel is 45 minutes drive from Paphos airport, in the direction of the Akamas peninsula, Cyprus's last surviving wilderness region. En route is the broad, sandy bay of Chrisochou, along with its picturesque fishing community, Latsi, and the stones of the Baths of Aphrodite.

Guest villas have the quiet charm of an ancient Byzantine village. All rooms are extraordinarily spacious, luxuriously furnished and have balconies with panoramic sea views, while some suites have private plunge pools and whirlpools on sea-facing terraces.

Four exceptional and individual restaurants offer a wide variety of local and international cuisine, both indoors or al fresco.

The hotel's own organic farm ensures that only the best fresh produce is served daily, and fishermen from Latsi supply freshly-caught fish. The romantic, candle-lit Basiliko is Anassa's signature restaurant, where the innovative cuisine encompasses a stunning fusion of Mediterranean herbs and oriental spices.
The Amphora restaurant serves fresh Mediterranean cuisine. Helios has an imaginative mix of à la carte and table d'hôte menus, while Pelagos serves a range of healthy snacks all day long at the poolside.

Best time to travel
The shoulder seasons (April/May and September/October) are the most pleasant times to visit Cyprus, as far as the weather is concerned. Summer (June to August) can be very hot, and winter is sometimes wet but still pleasant.

Getting there
