Location
Fregate Island Private is located in the Inner Islands of the Seychelles, an Indian Ocean archipelago of 115 islands, known for its clear turquoise seas fringed by green rainforests. The island lies approximately 50 km due east of Mahé, making it one of the Seychelles’ most secluded granite giants.

Accommodation
The island is home to a total of 17 luxurious residences, made up of a combination of Private Pool Villas (400 – 450 m² - 2 adults / 2 children), Private Pool Twin Villas (600 – 750 m² - 4 adults / 2 children) and the opulent Banyan Tree Estate (1100 m² - 6 adults / 3 children). Each of the Pool Villas offers one to two spacious bedrooms and two to three bathrooms (depending on configuration), a large living room and a spacious sundeck with an outdoor shower, Jacuzzi, day bed, outdoor dining pavilion and private infinity pool. For those in search of more privacy, the Banyan Tree Estate offers three separate sleeping villas, each of which has its own veranda, bathroom and more. Set atop its own private peninsula and with a very generous shared living area, the Estate is perfect for private parties or celebrations.

Dining
Fregate Island Private is home to the largest hydroponics system in the Seychelles, meaning much of the delicious food is as fresh as can be. Eighty per cent of the fresh ingredients that feature on Fregate’s menu are organic produce from the island’s own plantation. Add to that the abundance of local fresh fish and seafood and you’re guaranteed an authentic taste of the Seychelles. Guests are invited to dine wherever they want – whether that be breakfast in the branches of a banyan tree, sashimi lunch at sea or a BBQ dinner in the comfort of your own expansive villa.

Activities
On Fregate Island Private, you’re free to fill every moment with island activities; round the island races on hobie cats, diving, fishing and exploring 11 km of forest trails teaming with indigenous wildlife. Island hopping excursions give guests the opportunity to experience the laid back lifestyle of La Digue and beyond – just hop on one of the island’s four stunning sports boats and see where the wind takes you. And if all that gets too much, simply take your pick from the island’s seven stunning beaches, lie back and let nature entertain you.

How to Get There
International guests should fly to Seychelles International Airport on Mahé (flights via Dubai, Frankfurt, London Heathrow and more). From here, Fregate Island Private is reached via a 15-minute helicopter flight or 90-minute boat ride, subject to weather conditions. Contact Vladi Island Travel for further details and for fast-track immigration services.
