Dreamy island resort, the endgame of an Aman quest to capture total perfection. All you are left with are the imperfect guests! Amanpula boasts powder white sand, colorful coral reefs, crystal waters and 42 Casitas and 18 Villa’s.

Rates
(depending on season and booked accommodation):
from USD1,200 to 2,500 per night per casita.
From USD3,200 to 8,500 per night per villa

Location
Fringed by white-sand beaches that dip into turquoise waters, Pamalican Island is solely dedicated to Amanpulo. Located in the Cuyo Archipelago in the northern part of Palawan, Pamalican is 288 kilometres south of Manila. Amanpulo has its own runway, and flights from Manila take approximately 70 minutes.

Accommodation
Elevated on the hillside or set by the beach, Amanpulo’s 42 Casitas are modelled after the traditional Philippine bahay kubo (‘native dwelling’). The decorative interior details of these twin-roofed bungalows reflect the natural surroundings: pebble-washed walls, coconut-shell tables, rustic Palawan baskets and rattan headboards on the kingsize beds. Sliding glass doors reveal expansive decks with views of the forest or sea. The resort’s 18 Villas are located on the beachfront and consist of one-, two-, three- or four-bedrooms, set around a private swimming pool and pavilion that offer indoor-outdoor living. Villas come with the service of a private chef and butler. All guests have access to a club car for unlimited island exploration.

Dining
Enjoy a beautiful view from the terrace of the restaurant, whether it‘s while breakfast, lunch and even dinner. Excellently prepared fish dished and seafood can be admired in addition to Asian and continental delicacies.

Activities
Tennis, hiking, mountain biking, windsurfing, snorkeling or even sailing. Deep-sea diving is possible as well.

How to get there
Many international airlines fly directly to Manila on a regular basis. From Manila, a 19-seater, twin-engine turboprop aircraft continues to Pamalican Island, where you land on Amanpulo‘s private airfield.

Best time to travel
A classy year-around destination. The coolest and driest months are from December to February.
