Private Paradise in the Saronic Gulf

Agios Thomas forms part of the charming Diapori island group in the glittering waters of the Saronic Gulf.

The sprawling 120 hectare island comes with legal and indisputable ownership titles dating back to 1874 and is not classified as agricultural land (not forest) – an important feature when it comes to any future developments.

The island is the middle in a chain of three islands currently available for sale, and totals 300 acres, 50 of which are clear for purchase. Currently undeveloped, the island is forms home to a rich array of flora and fauna and is covered in rich greenery which eventually gives way to a pebbly beach.

The island is easily accessible by water taxi, with the likes of Corinth and Athens just 20 and 45 minutes away respectively. In the immediate vicinity, there are also a series of picture perfect villages and towns, each of which promises an abundance of conveniences and local restaurants.
