Home to three bedrooms and two full baths, the main house is capable of housing 6 guests across a king, queen and two twin beds, whereas the nearby beachfront bunkhouse offers accommodation for a further 6 guests, through four bunkers and a double room in the attic. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for entertaining, whereas the large living room is perfect for whiling away the evening hours, thanks to its roaring fireplace and phenomenal 92” movie screen,

Beyond Spectacle Island itself, a series of excursions are run to Bar Harbor on Mount Desert Island, giving all guests the chance to discover Maine’s impressive Acadia National Park.
Best Time To Travel
The most popular time to travel is between May and late October, when temperatures really begin to heat up – the perfect conditions for discovering the Atlantic coast. If it’s peace and quiet you’re after, however, the winter months are perfect for cozying up in front of the fire and enjoying the company of a loved one.
How To Get There
International guests are advised to fly into Bangor International Airport, whereas those travelling within the United States also have the option of Bar Harbor Airport available to them. From here, guests can choose either to rent a car or get picked up by your two island hosts to complete the 30 minute journey to the banks of your island.
