Very nice private island with dense vegetation and elevation about 40 meters. It is developed with houses and a restaurant business is actual running during week-ends for tourists. It would be easy to transform the houses into a small resort with luxury villas.

The private island can be reached by helicopter – there are 2 heli pads (on the top and the second on the large terrace) – or by boat – there is a pier for large boats. The island features a nicely built church as well as two beaches, one on the east side (100 meters long) and one on the west side (15 meters long). There is a huge underground water tank, and 3 generators for power – perfect for a resort.
