Isla N'Oliver

Spain | Europe: Mediterranean

Located in the Bay of Fornells, a small unspoiled refuge on the northern coast of Menorca, Isla N'Oliver is a rustic private island protected by the current Minorcan Coastal Act. Home to a series of charming, historic buildings and an endemic lizard population, the island is truly one of a kind. With its two lighthouses, a tower and an array of antique military fortifications, the island still bears many hallmarks of its previous military occupation, including some buildings dating as far back as the 1800s. Renovation work was carried out on these historic buildings during the 1960s, ensuring their preservation and condition.

A five bedroom home also exists on the island, home to two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchenette. Fully supplied with electricity through solar power and a generator, the house is home to all modern amenities and promises relaxation amongst spectacular surroundings.
