The old house is in the town of Andratx which is 10 minutes drive from the port of Andratx, considered by many to be the most classy puerto on the island. It is a wonderful old house with five bedrooms (four huge and one double), three bathrooms, one extra shower and toilet in the laundry/utility room, a well, a cisterna, a beautiful grape vine and bougainvillea covered terrace and a charming garden with an extra seating area.

The house is situated high on the hill, the best part of the town, yet is still only a two minute walk away from the square. It has a large bread oven opening into the sitting room.

The house was completely rewired about 14 years ago and has plugs for electric central heating.
