Çiftlik Island is an 20 acres private island in Turkey, located close to the city of Marmaris and just 150 metres away from the mainland. The island forms home to several stone houses, including a two-storey, four bedroom main house, a guest house and a so-called “star house” – a two bedroom building which could be used as a staff quarters.  

A large portion of Çiftlik Island belongs to the Turkish state. A surface area of approx. 6,8 acres is currently privately held, whereas the remaining approx. 13,1 acres belong to the state.
